Praxis is a free learning and interview-practice site run by an individual developer (devstash.me). This page says plainly what it collects and why.

Without an account

You can read lessons and take quizzes without signing up. Nothing you answer is saved. The site stores your theme, language and last sign-in method in your browser's local storage so it remembers your settings. There are no analytics, ad trackers or third-party tracking cookies.

With an account

  • Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google. Used to sign you in.
  • Learning data: your quiz answers, progress, review schedule and weak spots. Used to show your progress and bring back what you got wrong.
  • Your own AI key (optional): if you add one, it is stored encrypted in Supabase Vault and used only to make AI requests for you.
  • Auth cookies: needed to keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary, not used for tracking.

AI features

When you use the tutor, the mock interviewer or translation, your message and the lesson text are sent to an AI provider to generate the reply. Praxis does not save these conversations. The provider handles them under its own terms. Don't paste personal or confidential information into them.

Who processes your data

  • Supabase: database and sign-in
  • Vercel: hosting
  • Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google"
  • The AI provider configured for the feature you use

Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything linked to it. Email hello@devstash.me from the address on your account. Requests are handled within 30 days. Data is kept until you delete your account.

Children

Praxis is meant for adults preparing for work. Don't create an account if you are under 18.
